ALMA DE COZINHEIRA

Paola Carosella receives two guests for a dinner prepared by her, with an exclusive menu and an inspiring chat. After finishing her journey as a chef at her restaurant, she opens the doors of her secret kitchen, in an iconic house in the city of São Paulo.
This is ALMA DE COZINHEIRA, GNT’s new program, premiered on May 3, 2023, at 9:30 pm. On the dinner menu, the chef’s famous dishes, which will always offer an appetizer, a main course and a dessert. All recipes will be on the RECIPES website, with a detailed step-by-step.
Paola chats with guests very comfortably, in a house with different environments, such as a dining room, bar, pergola, garden, plant nursery, in addition to the kitchen.
