Américo doesn’t hide his discomfort when Doralice, his mother-in-law’s sister, decides to renovate her house, where he, his wife, his brother-in-law and the children live, in addition to visits and calls from his uncle Astolfo and his father Rodolfo.
The foreman, Reginaldo (Willians Mezzacapa, in a special guest appearance), is a handsome young man, and Doralice quicky shows her interest in him. He threatens to steal Americo’s role as the man of the house. In addition, Cris and Astolfo test the electricity and an electrical part of the backyard catches fire. Reginaldo is the one who figures out the problem and fixes it.
