Floresta views education not only as a value, but as a commitment. Through the Semente Educa project, we offer training to both our employees and the community, while also serving as a career accelerator, promoting entry into the audiovisual market and supporting ongoing professional development.
The Semente Educa.Criativa project, an initiative by Floresta, is a training program designed to help young talents from low-income backgrounds develop in the audiovisual industry. In its inaugural edition, ten young women were selected to participate in the two-month course. The program introduced participants to the concepts and processes involved in creating, developing, and formatting projects. Following this phase, each participant had the opportunity to create a project with mentorship from professionals at the production company.
This program not only empowers and trains young individuals, but also provides a genuine opportunity for professional growth and personal fulfillment.
